代官山のアンティークレストラン「タブローズ」は、新シェフ・井上武士を迎え、「ブラッスリー タブローズ」としてリニューアルいたします。
美食の国フランスの一流レストランはもちろん、粋なパリジャン達が通う有名ビストロでも修行を積んだ井上の料理が、あなたを異国の街角で賑わうブラッスリーへと誘います。
ビールによくあうメイン料理「アルザス風シュークルート」、「ラムチョップの藁焼き」や、「鴨、フォアグラのパテドカンパーニュ」、「牛モモ肉のタルタルステーキ」、「オニオングラタンスープ」、「タブローズバーガー」などのラインナップです。フレンチ仕込みの繊細さを生かしつつも豪快な料理たちが舌を唸らせます。

Step down the stone stairs and feel yourself in another country while enjoying the finest dishes in the lively atmosphere.
Daikanyama’s antique “Tableaux” is being reborn into Brasserie Tableaux with the new chef Takeshi Inoue.
We are inviting you to this unique world of chef Inoue, who was trained at traditional French restaurants and swanky Parisian “must go” brasseries.
Our new menu includes well known “Alsace Choucroute”, “Grilled Lamb Chops”, “Foie Gras Pate de Campagne”, “Beef Steak Tartare”,
“Soupe à l’Oignon” and even “Tableaux Burger” to accompany your beer.
Delicate French touch applied to the best local ingredients would sure not leave you disappointed.
